Each InnerDrive Conveyor includes a control card that is mounted separately from the conveyor. It includes functions for setting the conveyor’s speed, along with acceleration and deceleration. It also controls the conveyor’s direction.
The control card integrates easily with your PLC or other control source and provides inputs for on/off, direction and speed, plus outputs for error signals and a pulse that can be used to detect whether the conveyor is running.
The control card can be ordered separately or mounted in our control box. The box provides a 24v DC power supply, a fuse and a circuit breaker. On the front of the box, you’ll find a power disconnect, on/off switch and lights that indicate whether the conveyor has power and is running.
